Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your modular furniture purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Custom or made-to-order configurations
  • Items that have been assembled and used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can reach us by phone at +14585010189 or email at infocenter@vorxenoruz.world. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item. Please include the RA number with your return shipment.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Package your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. If you received a defective item or incorrect order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or configuration, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment if the new item is priced higher.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your payment method again, then contact your bank or credit card company. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
